We work alongside the National Numeracy charity to promote a fun environment in which parents/carers can work with their children in exploring why maths is important, what maths means in the 21^st century and how easy it is to find everyday opportunities to indulge in mathematical opportunities.

We recognise the importance of family engagement in a child’s learning and the invaluable impact this has.  We therefore encourage our parents to appreciate the joy of working alongside their child – and give the children opportunities to teach their families the mathematical strategies we employ in school.
